The Zephyr boater hat is made from a panama fibre with cooling, open weave venting featured in the crown. Neutral and relaxed trimming plus a 10cm brim, make this hat perfect for all summer occasions. Made to order in sizes 56cm, 57cm and 58cm this hat can be personally customised. More wide brim styles are available in the Newtown store.
Freight and Delivery
All hats are carefully packed in a special hatbox so they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on size and weight, orders over two hats may require separate packaging and freight.
Your purchase will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed. If your hat is made to order please allow one week from time of order to dispatch.
Delivery is calculated according to the Australia Post standard shipping rate.
International freight is from AU$25 to $75, depending on the hat dimensions and destination.
If you nominate to pick up in-store, please allow 7 working days from the time of order.We will contact you when your hat is ready for collection.
Returns and Exchanges
Our returns policy applies for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have lapsed since your purchase we will not be able to offer you either refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original hatbox as this box will protect the hat in transit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
It is important that you take accurate measurements and choose carefully before placing an order. If you need to exchange for a different size or style you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the cost to us to return the new item to you. If you need to arrange for an exchange or return please email us at email@example.com to discuss arrangements. We will reply by email, with instructions on the return, refund or exchange
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on stock we will endeavour to ship exchanged items within a week of receiving your return. The time it takes to arrive will vary, depending on where you live.
CARE OF YOUR NEW HAT
Keep the box your hat arrives in - to store the hat for longer periods - or keep your hat ready at hand on a hat stand. Remember that a hat dampened by rain or wearing over wet hair may lose its shape. A wet hat should be stuffed with paper, hand moulded to the correct shape and allowed to dry naturally. Special care should be taken to keep Toyo (paper braid) hats dry.
Hats that have been slightly dented out of shape may be steamed using a shot from a steam iron or kettle, reshaped with the fingertips and left to dry. A flat brim may be lightly steam-ironed under a protective cloth to reshape if necessary. Hats may be freshened by brushing with a soft brush. Stains should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
Rosie Boylan’s hats are generally made from natural fibres that have natural variations in colour and texture and will develop an individual character as they mould to your head shape and become part of your own personality.
